• Mental capacity: To use ok93's services, you must be of sound mind, fully capable of making decisions, and participating entirely of your own free will.

You are solely responsible for keeping your ok93 account secure. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Never share your username or password with anyone.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled – it significantly improves the security of your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact ok93 Support immediately.
• Ok93 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or message.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ok93 may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide this information may delay the withdrawal process.

The following rules apply when making a deposit on ok93:

• All funds deposited to ok93 may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Ok93 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily hold any suspicious transactions.
• Ok93 does not charge any deposit fees; however, fees from your payment provider may apply.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from ok93:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal across all methods is ৳500.
• Daily Limit: The daily maximum for standard members is ৳5,00,000. Separate limits apply to VIP members.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC Verification: KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus Wagering: The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

All bonuses and promotional offers at ok93 are subject to the following general terms:

• Welcome bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds generally require 30x (thirty times) wagering before withdrawal. Wagering requirements may vary for specific bonuses.
• Duration: If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Live betting: Odds may change during live events. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: The use of bots, scripts, or any automated software in games or betting is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using ok93 for money laundering is a criminal offence. ok93 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud: All forms of fraud — including bonus abuse, credit card chargebacks, and false identity — are strictly prohibited.
• Hacking & Tech Exploits: Any attempt to hack ok93's systems or exploit vulnerabilities will result in legal action.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
